Answers to common questions about how we work, what we need from you and what you can expect.
What information do you need to evaluate a project?
Share whatever information you already have: product reference or idea, quantity, specifications, target price, destination and required timing. If something important is missing, we will identify it during the evaluation.
What order quantities do you work with?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product and manufacturing process. Some products can be produced in small quantities, while others require higher volumes. We evaluate the appropriate MOQ for each project.
Where do you manufacture?
We manufacture in Europe or Asia depending on the product, requirements, quantity and timing.
Can you work from an existing product or sample?
Yes. An existing product, physical sample, image, reference or specification can be the starting point for sourcing or adaptation.
Can you develop a completely new product?
Yes, provided there is a defined starting point. We can work from a drawing, render, reference, technical concept or initial specifications and evaluate how to turn it into a manufacturable product. If industrial design is required, this can be evaluated as a separate service.
Do all projects require a sample?
No. Sampling depends on the product and project. A physical sample may be recommended for some projects, while for others it may not be applicable.
How do you handle quality control?
Quality control is based on the agreed requirements and specifications. Depending on the project, inspections can be carried out by us or by an independent inspection company.
Can you manage product certificates and compliance documentation?
Yes. We can manage the certificates, testing and compliance documentation specified for the project. Requirements for placing a product on a particular market should be provided by the client, while import and customs requirements are reviewed as part of the project.
